YHZS100 mobile concrete batching plant

Introduction

YHZS100 series mobile ready mix concrete batching plants include two types, Hauling Mobile Batching Plant with Wheels and Modular Mobile Batching Plants without Wheels. Hauling Mobile Batching Plant is mobile with wheels and could be hauled by a tractor or truck, Modular Mobile Batching Plant could be dismantled and assembled easily and fast. Both could be moved easily and fast from one site to another site. It takes only one day from installation to operation without foundation and debugging. It is widely used for small and medium projects for dry concrete, common concrete, plastic concrete etc.

Characteristics

1. The host of the concrete mixing plant uses forced double-horizontal shafts and can produce many kinds of high-quality concrete, such as dry hard concrete and plastic concrete and others.

2. Accumulative or separate metering methods can be used to measure aggregate through an electronic weighing apparatus. The machine may use either an elevator or belt conveyor to load the aggregate.

3. A weighing hopper is used to weigh cement, water and additives, to ensure that the measurement is accurate.
